Gesha coffee has a unique flavor. It has a floral and fruity note, with notes reminiscent of flowers like jasmine and tropical fruits. Its balanced acidity and smooth body make it a unique flavor experience.
At Ilustre, we currently offer our Gesha Panama from Black Moon Farm in Boquete, Panama. Our coffee is grown at 1,800 meters above sea level. It is fermented with specific coffee yeasts in an anaerobic system for 72 hours. It is then placed in a dark drying room for 30 days, sealed, and then left to rest for two months. From the first sip, you'll notice lychee, strawberry, a citrus touch of orange, and that subtle coffee flower note that makes it special.
