Workshop and event cancellation policies
- Payment : Full payment for the workshop or event must be made at the time of registration. Registration will not be considered complete until full payment for the workshop has been received.
- Cancellations : If the workshop or event is canceled 1 week or more in advance, the full workshop payment will be retained as credit for future workshops or credit. If the workshop is canceled less than 7 days in advance, no refund will be issued.
- Date Changes : If a date change is necessary, participants will be notified in advance and offered the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled workshop. If a transfer is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.
- Instructor Changes : Should a change of instructor become necessary, we are committed to ensuring that the new instructor has the necessary skills to perform the change.
- Risk Acceptance : Participants acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with participating in the workshop. Ilustre will endeavor to take all possible measures to prevent any risks associated with participation. Participants will be provided with information on safety measures and any risks associated with workshop activities. Ilustre continually works to maintain safe facilities, materials, and equipment. The event organizers are not responsible for any damage or injury. Participants agree to the terms and conditions of the workshop or event upon registration and assume any risks associated with participating in the workshop.
- Intellectual Property : The materials, including manuals, designs, and other educational resources, are the property of the workshop organizers and are protected by copyright. Participants may not reproduce or distribute these materials without the organizers' prior written permission.
- Modifications to the Terms and Conditions : Ilustre reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Participants should regularly review these terms and conditions to ensure they are aware of any changes.
