VISIT TO HUATUSCO VERACRUZ.
We had the privilege of visiting the farms of our dear friend and producer, Javier Debernardi. During our visit, we explored two of his iconic farms: El Olvido and Chachaxtla, where we witnessed the producers' passion and dedication to producing the highest quality coffee beans.
At Finca El Olvido, Javier guided us through each stage, from harvesting to processing, giving us a deeper understanding of the different methods used and how they affect the final flavor of the coffee. It was an experience that allowed us to appreciate the work and craftsmanship that goes into producing a quality cup of coffee.
We then visited the Chachaxtla Farm, where we observed the extensive coffee plantations and the diverse varieties grown there. We toured the fields, observing the different plants and learning about their unique characteristics. We were able to better understand the complexity and diversity of each.
During our visits, we not only expanded our knowledge of coffee, but also developed a deep appreciation for the hard work put in by the producers. From planting to harvesting, it takes tremendous effort and dedication to keep a coffee farm in optimal condition.
