This year, our Gesha Anaerobic coffee was a standout at the 2023 Taste Awards. It was a fierce competition with many talented entrants, but our coffee stood out for its exceptional flavor and unique characteristics.
Our coffee comes from the Chachaxtla Farm in Veracruz, Mexico, a region with ideal conditions for growing high-quality beans. The altitude of 1,450 meters above sea level contributes to the creation of this exceptional coffee.
The coffee we competed with this year was produced with passion and expertise by Javier Debernardi.
We carefully select the Gesha variety and apply an anaerobic process to highlight its unique flavors. This coffee offers notes of grape, strawberry, peach, flowers, and chocolate in every sip. Our light medium roast enhances the distinctive characteristics of our coffee, delivering a perfect balance in every cup.
