Brujufinca was founded in 2015 on what was once the "Cafetal El Refugio," a 50-hectare plot of land nestled in the cloud forests of the southern mountains of Oaxaca, a prime location for growing high-altitude coffee. Since its inception, the project has been based on pillars such as specialty coffee production, the use of world-renowned varieties, innovative processes, regenerative agriculture, and the optimization of natural resources. At Brujufinca, they grow outstanding coffees that combine the Pluma Hidalgo terroir with heritage varieties and signature processes, bringing each bean to its optimal point of expression in terms of variety and origin.
