José Arguello Enríquez
José Argüello Enríquez (Pepe) is a Mexican coffee farmer from Chiapas who, along with his family, has worked hard to improve his farm and its processes. At the Santa Cruz farm, located in the municipality of La Concordia, specialty coffees are produced using various methods: washed and natural coffees.

In 2019, their farm's coffee won first place in the Cup of Excellence and the first presidential award with a score of 93.07, the highest score recorded in the seven editions of the competition. The winning coffee was a Geisha variety and a natural process. It's worth mentioning that they also received the "Coffee with Biodiversity-Friendly Practices" award for their highest rating for certified organic coffee.

As a small producer, Finca Santa Cruz has the advantage of offering differentiated, high-quality products. These Santa Cruz coffees are produced on highly fertile land within the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve and are cultivated and processed by the Arguello Enríquez family at an altitude of 1,680 meters above sea level.
