In our first blog post, we want to share a recipe so you can prepare your Puebla coffee from home.
Our Puebla coffee links the production of 43 producer families. Among them, 7 stood out as finalists in the 2022 Cup of Excellence international competition.
Let's start preparing our coffee!
- Heat the water until it reaches 91° C.
- Prepare your coffee dose: 20g with a medium grind (800 to 900 microns) and place the filter in your brewing device.
- Rinse your filter to avoid a papery taste.
- Start your timer and begin with a 55ml bloom for 40 sec.
- Agitate to saturate the coffee bed.
- Perform the following pours:
- 1: Up to 200ml
- 2: Up to 350 ml
