WELCOME BACK TO ILLUSTRIOUS BLOG !
In today's post, we want to give you a brief recap of the event we organized at our cafeteria.
The coffee celebration was organized by Ilustre Coffee on June 24th and 25th, where we brought together four Mexican producers in our café. They shared their experiences on farms during this harvest.
The producers who visited us were:
- Federico Barrueta
- Pepe Argüello
- Javier Debernardi
- Adrian Silva
For two days, participants engaged in dialogue and discussion in a dynamic forum, where speakers shared their knowledge and addressed attendees' concerns and questions. Each question posed by attendees became an opportunity to explore ideas from different perspectives. During the event, premium espresso drinks and filter coffee samples from each producer were given away. The filter coffee samples presented provided an experience that complemented the discussions and demonstrated how each producer brings a unique and authentic voice to the world of coffee.
The event's central focus was on raising funds to cover the talented producers' travel expenses. This support was sustained through the purchase of event tickets and the generous support of sponsors, whom we thank for their valuable participation in the event.

The coffee celebration proved to be an extraordinary occasion where solidarity and commitment came together to support talented producers.
With the support of ticket holders and the participation of sponsors, we achieved a resounding success. Beyond raising funds, we created a space for collaboration and the exchange of ideas and knowledge.
