*Products that have already been sent by parcel, even within 72 hours, are not eligible for refund.
*The payment made will be refunded less the commission charged by the payment platform.
* In the case of cancellation of workshops, courses or classes, the amount paid less 20% of the total will be refunded, provided that the cancellation is made up to 48 days prior to the start of the event.
